With a Humana Gold Plus HMO plan, you’ll choose a primary care physician (PCP) who will help coordinate your care and provide referrals to health care specialists and other providers within the plan’s network.
You can visit with your PCP as often as you need, because you’ll be covered for an unlimited number of appointments with affordable copayments. Plus, you may switch to a new PCP within the Humana plan network at any time.
